About the Scout and Guide shop

SGS Outdoors has been supplying uniforms to Scout and Guide Groups throughout the United Kingdom for over 60 years. With stocks of over £100k we are your one stop shop for Scout and Guide products.

• The company is owned by Sheffield Scouts and all the proceeds from its operation are used to the benefit of the movement.
• The shop maintains stocks of the whole range of uniform products for all sections of both Movements (including Air and Sea Scouts)
• The shop has a range of outdoor products (clothing and equipment) particularly suitable in both quality and price for Scout and Guide activities.
• Scarves and Badges are produced and stocked for Groups and Districts. Orders for special events are also undertaken.
• The shop welcomes all customers to its retail shop, which is situated in the centre of Sheffield. Limited off-street and good on-street parking is available. A map of how to reach us is on the contact page.
• All mail orders received before 12.00 will be despatched the same day (subject to stock availability)
• We have no minimum order quantity for on-line orders. If you just want one badge you only want one badge!
• Postage and Packing charges are specific to the actual package with no minimum rate.
• Payment can be made cash, cheque, credit card (minimum charge £5) or switch. Monthly credit account facilities are available for Warranted Leaders and Groups.
• A Loyalty Bonus Scheme is in operation which rewards Groups in relation to the spending by the Group and its parents and supporters. Full details of the scheme are available on request.
• Trade customers are welcomed and discount facilities are available.
